COVID-19 POLICIES 

When you have arrived, please stay in your vehicle and call us. We will inform you when you may enter Luxuria

Guests must always wear a mask while in Luxuria 

We will be using a digital thermometer upon arrival, and guests with a fever or temperature above 99 will not be permitted

Guest who appear symptomatic will be asked to reschedule their appointment. We also ask that any guest who has been in contact with a sick person wait the minimum 14 days after exposure before visiting us

Only those receiving services will be allowed in Luxuria

Retail and makeup will be handled by Luxuria staff only. Simply let us know what you need, and we will deliver it to the front desk.

We will no longer be providing refreshments, including coffee

No hugging (that one hurts the most!)

 

 At the moment, we will not be blow drying. I understand that is the best part of your hair appointment, but this is a necessary temporary measure. We are also taking credit card information to hold appointments. Please be aware that if you no-show or cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of your service. We are taking every measure to sanitize and disinfect our space. We will have only 4 stylists at a time in the salon to ensure that there is 6ft between stations and to allow us to disinfect stations between use. In addition, we have installed plexy glass between the shampoo stations and at the front desk. We are confident that we are taking every precaution to keep us and our guests safe.  Until further notice, our esthetic and nail services are not allowed to take guests. We will inform you when we may again provide those services to you.

OUR POLICIES

 

Dear Luxuria Guests!

Luxuria Salon is committed to providing excellent service and a great atmosphere. As of April 15, 2017, we are updating our Salon Policies as follows:

Reservation policy

Due to parking we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that your service provider may have the full time allowed for your service.

A credit card or gift card is required to reserve facial appointments.

 

Tardiness Policy

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your services.

Clients who arrive 15 minutes late will be rescheduled or received partial service.

 

Cancellation Policy

We have reserved time and space especially for you and require 48 hours’ notice for facials and 24 hours notices for all other appointments. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled service.
